I started my 25-year banking career by selling credit cards over the phone while in college.
Since then, I’ve worked in various roles across lending, mortgage, call centers, credit card operations, and management.
Being part of a solution that helps banks serve their customers more efficiently, securely, and personally is rewarding to me, which is why I’m excited to be part of the Advantage team!
The Advantage Network and First National Bank are both extremely customer-centric. As such, I look forward to combining relationship-building with my expertise in operational management, payment solutions, sales, and operational and customer support to help grow your financial institution.
I also enjoy identifying strategies and technology that will create better customer experiences while supporting your long-term growth.
A perfect day for me usually involves a long motorcycle ride with no destination. I’ve ridden to all lower 48 states and six Canadian provinces, and I’ve completed an “Iron Butt” challenge by riding 1,000 miles in 24 hours.
My other hobbies are simply being outdoors or spending time with family and friends. I’m also passionate about supporting local community and fundraising events, as well as volunteering with the local FFA program to teach students interviewing skills.
