Customer Service Specialist

With over 25 years of being part of The Advantage Network, Karen is our ATM Customer Service Specialist, and is an expert at serving our member institutions.

“I would say my favorite part of my job is the fact that I have the opportunity to work with so many different individuals, ranging from First National Bank co-workers, Advantage members, and ATM vendors,” she says.

She attended Lake Area Technical College in Watertown, South Dakota, and worked in banking for a few years. After taking a different job, she discovered she missed the professional environment of financial services, and decided to apply for a position with The Advantage Network. Since then, she’s helped others in their careers, too.

“This opportunity allows me to share my knowledge and empower others to be a better version of themselves.”

Outside of work, Karen loves spending time on the family farm, reading, word searches, flower gardening, and yardwork. She’s also a volunteer with her local Ladies Auxiliary.
