Jayne Humphrey

Billing and Customer Service Specialist

Jayne is our billing and customer service specialist. She grew up in Gastonia, North Carolina, and attended Gaston College and Belmont Abbey College.

After moving to Brandon, South Dakota, to be closer to her family, Jayne joined The Advantage Network in 2007. She has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, which made her the perfect fit.

As part of her role, she provides excellent customer service to our member institutions, and she loves doing it.

Aside from helping other financial institutions with their debit card production, ATM driving, and more, Jayne loves to volunteer with the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls, as well as rescuing and adopting cats with her husband, Dale.
