Lead Advantage Specialist

Lisa is the Project Coordinator for The Advantage Network. She grew up outside of Sioux Falls in Baltic, South Dakota, and went on to build a career in financial services.

After graduating from Southwest Minnesota State University, Lisa joined the Advantage team in 1989.

“I got a summer job here in 1988 and got good feel for the place and the people, so after I graduated, I applied for a permanent position,” Lisa said.

“There are lots of challenges each and every day, so there’s never a dull moment.”

While banking has changed tremendously since then, she continues to share her experience and knowledge by assisting our member institutions with implementing the products and services we offer.

When she’s not at work, Lisa enjoys researching her family history on Ancestry.com, as well as volunteering with Feeding South Dakota and Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build.
